Objectives of EV Test Rigs
  • EV Test Rigs are mainly developed for Research and Monitoring of the propulsion drives of Electric Vehicles.
  • These type of testing are suitable for investigating the dynamic loads and processes in the propulsion drives.
  • These Test Rigs provide durability and functional tests to the customers and help to solve many other propulsion defects.
  • The main objective of an EV testing is to complete Durability test, routine Performance test and road condition simulation test of the Electric Vehicle.

EV MOTOR TEST BENCHES

  • An Electric Motor Test bench is provided for load performance evaluation of EV motors for various test applications like Durability, Production, Audit and Development trials.
  • Test bench consists of Eddycurrent / AC Dynamometer with its Drive, Calibration Kit, EV motor mounting arrangement, Flexible Coupling for Connections, Control Panel and PC based Test Automation System etc.
